where you stand, is middle ground,
below is the quickening of mire and bog that hold your footing sound,
above you are the clarities of truths and beliefs for flightiness abound,
so there you stand antinomian,
not gnostic, nor mantra unwound,
sifting out the ineffable koan,
with the karma of zen not yet found,
